These terms cover the okay.day website and the Okay Day iPhone app, made by Northeast Indies (“we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
The app
Okay Day is an iPhone app for up to five things a day. It is sold through Apple’s App Store: a free trial, then a one-time purchase to keep using it. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Payments, trials and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms.
What you buy, you keep: the one-time purchase is not a subscription, and we won’t turn it into one.
Your content
The tasks and punches you enter stay on your iPhone and belong to you. We don’t receive them, sell them or claim any rights over them.
Acceptable use
Please use the website and the app as intended. Don’t try to interfere with the website’s operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or copy or reverse-engineer the app to build a competing product. If you find a security issue, please tell us at contact@okay.day.
No warranty
The website and the app are provided “as is”. We work to make them reliable, but we don’t promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will meet your particular needs. Okay Day is a tool for noting what you did. It is not medical, health or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, say so on the website.
